~ QUIK! ...Southwestern Pizza

Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.

  • 1 baked cheese pizza crust
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup roasted chicken meat, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup red or green bell pepper, seeded and finely sliced
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 cup shredded fat-free mozzarella cheese

    Preheat oven to 450F. Spread barbecue sauce over pizza crust. Arrange chicken, onion, and peppers over top and sprinkle with chili powder and cheese. Bake 10 minutes, or until golden.
